papers
On
January 22, authors were notified of the decision regarding their paper.
Here is
a list of all accepted papers
Oral Presentations
Talks will be 15 minutes
including questions (suggested scheduling: 12 min for presentation +
3 min for questions). A computer with PowerPoint and PDF reader will be
available.
Before starting each oral session,
the presenters should contact the session chair to setup everything.
Posters
The poster boards are 100cm x
180cm (width x height), ideal to accommodate A0 posters. Note that
posters should be in portrait format and should fit on the provided boards.
Each poster board will be
assigned with one paper using the same number printed in the conference
program along with the title.
Presenters must be available to
place their posters in the following time intervals:
- Morning sessions: during the session preparation
(10:00-10:15).
- Afternoon sessions: during the lunch time.
